With over two decades of experience in high-level hospitality, Michelle Rupp founded Vibe on a single principle: Anticipatory Service.

Drawing on her background as a Buyer for Costco Travel, Michelle honed her expertise in a world where quality vetting is rigorous and the margin for error is non-existent. She brings this operational rigor to the wedding industry, replacing 'hope' with 'strategy.'

Michelle bridges the gap between the logistical demands of a production team and the emotional nuances of a family celebration. She is known for her calm command of complex timelines and her ability to translate a client’s vague inspiration into a cohesive, experience-led design narrative.
